As part of our work at INFORM Cwm Taf Morgannwg we are currently carrying out a consultation on people’s experience of using the 111 press 2 Mental health support service that is run by NHS Wales.

 

We would be grateful if you could  encourage your service users and carers to complete the survey and provide valuable feedback.  All feedback is anonymous and will be vital in ensuring that the service is meeting the needs of the community.

This feedback will then be collated, and a report produced which will be presented to NHS Wales to highlight what people have told us.
