Do you need help?

  1. Have you made an attempt on your life or self-harmed and need urgent medical attention? If the answer is YES, please call 999 right away, it's not too late to seek medical assistance or call a family member or friend who might be able to help you.
     

  2. If you are unharmed but having suicidal thoughts or in emotional distress, it might help to talk things through with someone who can listen, try contacting one of the helplines below. 





     

  3. There is also free information and advice on the NHS 111 website or you can call 111 from any phone including mobiles. Dial 3 for Wales then select the mental health service.  
     

  4. You may find it useful to do a crisis safety plan which you can complete/download here

  6. If you are currently under CTM Secondary Mental Health Provision and have a Crisis Team contact please dial the number you have been given.
