The network for people with mental health
lived experience in Cwm Taf Morgannwg

INVOLVE

We host various engagement events and surveys where you will be given the opportunity to share your views on a variety of topics.  This could be anything from changes within the health services to consultation events with the local authority and third sector services. We also give you the opportunity to attend focus groups and platforms where your voice will be valued and supported.

INSPIRE

Be inspired by people who share their lived experiences in order to help others. Connect with like-minded folk and feel less isolated knowing you're not alone. Feel empowered to share in a safe environment and take action to effect positive changes in healthcare and help to improve yours and others wellbeing.

INFLUENCE

We work closely with the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board, Welsh Government and various public and third sector services (e.g. charities) in the Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend areas and beyond. By sharing our experiences and views in a supported way your voice can help to improve and shape the future of services and availability both locally and nationally.
